Hello.

I’m 41 years old, I’ve been involved with music for around 23 years, and started audio engineering 12 years ago. I’m available for tracking, editing, mixing, production, sound design, and mastering records.

I started my craft up in Portland, Oregon. You know the saying, “started from the bottom now we’re here”? Welp. Here’s lookin’ at you, kid ;) I began out of a van, sleeping next to microphones and stands, and eventually grew into multiple studio spaces across Portland. I also worked with several A/V companies during that time.

In 2018, a friend convinced me to move to Flagstaff, Arizona, where I’m now based. Since then, I’ve launched multiple studio setups and been heavily involved in the live audio scene out here.

I stopped counting a while back, but I’d estimate I’ve worked on roughly 225 sessions. Of those, 48 were pressed to physical format (vinyl, CDs, or cassettes), and the rest were released digitally. About 30 had label support. I’ve worked with somewhere around 500 artists live and including bands I’ve toured with (either as a musician or doing sound) I would guesstimate I’ve done 1000+ shows at this point.

So yeah, I’ve hustled. I’ve paid my dues. Serious inquiries only. I’m going to do a damn good job on anyone’s record—it’s what I care about most.

The longer you’re around the music world, the more you realize not everyone’s in it for the music. I can say with conviction: I am. No hidden motives, no agendas. I just love making records. That’s it.

So, I’m not interested in having my time wasted or being jerked around. If we work together, expect to be working with someone who has been around the block and gives a damn. Don’t believe me? My resume and the work on the samples page should speak for itself.
